I felt like if I was asked one more boring dating or dining question, I was going to poke myself (or them) in the eye. Thankfully, I got curious and wondered if there were any books written on the subject of Questions. Then, voila, I stumbled across this wonderful book on Amazon. At the time, I purchased 3 other books on questions but by far this is my favorite book and the only book I use these days.There is one particular question about an island in this book that is my 'go to' question which I absolutely love asking because people actually have to think about a creative answer which often leads into other fun conversations.I highly recommend this book.
I love the questions and I'll be using this book to write down questions in a journal and answering them in it, using one color pen for questions and using another color pen for my answers. I love the concept of having questions put on paper and taking time to answer them completely. My book came clean, undamaged and in new condition like I ordered. It's a good size book and I love how it doesnt consume much space, there are 156 pages front to back full of questions. I love answering questions so much, it's like a hobby to me.
Very fun & interesting questions to make you think (but not too hard!) Good for family or friend groups, not really for new acquaintances. But maybe. Like others said, the last few chapters are rather religion based, but there are plenty of questions in other chapters that you won't need to use these if the conversation may get too heated (politics & religion, you know...)
I love this book! I’ve used it during apartment nights with 7 people and it’s a great, fun activity to do! It’s great for learning more about each other, especially when you’ve known people for a while and you feel like you have nothing else to know about them. It’s a pretty small book so easy to carry around. My small group leader has also used this as a dinner topic with about 10-12 people and it was also really fun.
Great book used as a resource in preparing to visit or attend social setting for one who is more of a " listener" than a talker. Used the questions to build relationship with a brother ....both of us answering them gave new insights into what the other remembered from growing up in same home. It was a great conversation!
Essential book for passenger seat door cubby. I keep one there for those awkward car drives where no one talks and the ice needs to be broken. Not a bad book either for relaxing date nights at the beach or park. Lot of interesting questions to think and joke about.
This book is great because it encourages people to get to know one another. The lost art of conversation can be aided by knowing how to ask good, deep questions. This book has a great wealth of questions to know and to ask. I sat around one day with friends and we just read random questions and had a great time getting to know one another.It can also be a great tool for icebreakers and just in general getting to know people.
So fun! And a great variety of questions that made my 12 hour road trip with my mom lots of fun and informative:)
