I have not had a chance to read this book yet but give it a 5 star rating because I have all of Tim's other publications and they are excellent. Tim has been published in several model car magazine's over the years and I have kept in touch w/him by email of the years he has been informative and help ful w/the tips and advice he provides!!!
Describes kits well. Points out the good and bad about a lot of specific kits and different generations of kits from the major manufacturers. The book is well laid out and well organized. This book is a must have for kit collectors as well as who likes building model car kits. There is so much valuable information I know I will be reading it more than once. Thank you Tim Boyd!
Tim Boyd is one of the best authors of model car history. His knowledge of the model kit hobby allows him to tell details about the model kits produced that fit into this category. If you are a model builder or collector, you will enjoy this book.
