Whenever Cyndi Dale publishes a new book, has an online course or offers a new audio - I am there. Her writing is always so fluid and easy to follow. Her explanations of how our energy bodies (systems) work and how we can keep our energy flowing are always a joy to read. This book is the first in a series and introduces simple energy clearing techniques anyone can understand and use.What I love most about Cyndi Dale is that she teaches you how to clear your energy and listen to your intuition in fun, fast and easy ways. Once you integrate these energy tools into your daily life you will be amazed at how quickly you start to feel lighter, more confident, more energetic and above all no longer stuck repeating the same old patterns in life.

I've been a student of Cyndi Dale's for quite some time and part of her apprenticeship program twice (Planning a third time for next year) so I might be a little biased, but I love this book. I learn something new every time I read one of her books or participate in her programs, and this book is no exception.
I received this order very quickly. It arrived intact and in perfect condition. I started reading it right away and got hooked! I am a fan of this author. The book is a well written, easy read. The content is interestingly presented; one can read through it quickly and then go back and review/peruse as needed. It can be a great introduction or reference book for this topic, depending on one's existing knowledge base. I recommend it!
I love this gentle, accessible book. Lovely take aways that gently change anything or everything.
Fascinating and useful little book! I do many of the techniques she teaches her instinctively...But she also explained some of my experiences - the Grey world- for example. I had never read anything before about these three worlds (red/grey and black) but experienced the grey one as a small child in repeated dreams. I am booking a session with her. I think she knows what she is doing with energy healing.
This book trusts that you have a basic understanding of intuition and does not get stuck on defining the chakras as many of her other books do. This one has clear explanations of practical techniques. I am working now to really work with the techniques. Lovely distillation of her life’s work. The basic message is that healing is very simple if you understand a few basic principles.
It's easy to forget the basics of affirming in regards to working with subtle energy. There were a lot of simple yet notably effective skills in the book that I found worth the buy.
